Dear Friends,

The goal of the workshop is to prepare participants physically as well as bolster their emotional and mental confidence in defending themselves. This self-defense class will help sharpen your reflexes, improve your focus, and enhance situational awareness; all while teaching you prevention techniques and basic techniques for protecting yourself.

This workshop is FREE and open to public, but space is limited so please reserve your spot today. The event will be held at 1011 Rancho Conejo Blvd. Newbury Park, CA 91320 on November 13th from 6-8 pm.

Please join the Oxnard Police Department, Community Action, and me at our Scams, Schemes, Fakes, and Frauds Community Event.

We will kick off the event with a conversation on effective and easily implemented cybersecurity tips. Detectives from Oxnard PD will give an engaging presentation on the current scams impacting Ventura County residents. With their years of experience, the detectives will provide real life skills on how to best protect yourself.
