SACRAMENTO, CA – Today, as part of this year’s California Small Business Day celebration, Assemblymember Laura Friedman (D-Glendale) recognized Crescenta Valley Insurance as the 43rd Assembly District’s 2019 Small Business of the Year. She presented the award to President Rick Dinger and his wife Heather Dinger at a luncheon hosted by the California Small Business Association (CSBA).
California Small Business Day is an annual celebration created by the passage of House Resolution 57 in 2000. Over 1,500 business owners and representatives of small businesses from across California gathered this year, to be honored by legislators and other state leaders. The day was created to honor the small businesses and entrepreneurs of California who make outstanding contributions to the economy, workforce, and communities throughout our state.
