I recently had the honor or joining the American Legion Post 377 and the American Legion Auxiliary to honor our Veterans by laying a wreath at the headstone of every Veteran at Verdugo Hills Cemetery.

Happy to have joined the Armenian Relief Society-West (ARS Western USA) at their annual open house. The Armenian Relief Society does amazing work worldwide, especially with their recent assistance to the 150,000 forcibly displaced people of Artsakh. That’s why I chose them as 2023 CA State Non-Profit of the Year.

Community coffees are the best way to spend a day. Thank you to Marta Wiggins and La Crescenta Library for hosting us!

The City of Burbank undergoes an annual re-organization. Assemblymember Laura Friedman presented their outgoing Mayor, Konstantine Anthony, with a certificate thanking him for his last year of service. Congratulations to Burbank's new Mayor, Nick Schultz!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Los Angeles LGBT Center in Hollywood where I learned about the fantastic and critical programs serving LGBT people in our community. The hardworking and selfless staff are doing wonders serving the LGBT community. Thank you for creating such a safe and inclusive space.

I held a community coffee this weekend at Romancing the Bean, a Burbank institution. We kicked off the event by presenting the owner, Kerry Krull-Meadows, with a resolution honoring their 30 years of service to our community.

It's always so nice stopping by to support the Burbank Coordinating Council's Gift Drive. No child should go without gifts during the holiday season.

No one does a Christmas tree lighting like Burbank does a Christmas tree lighting! And never has there been a better rapped ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.

I was able meet with members of the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council Executive Committee. We caught up on all things Sherman Oaks, land use, and transportation. Always so nice to spend time with this amazing group of people!
